Mint Julep

6 -8 cubes crushed Ice
1 tsp sugar syrup
3 measures bourbon whiskey
mint leaves

Put mint leaves and sugar syrup into small chilled glass and mash with a teaspoon. Add crushed ice to fill the tumbler, then add the bourbon. Decorate with mint.

Variations: Frozen Mint Julep, Brandy Julep, Jocose Julep.
