Mah Jongg

1 part cointreau
1 part white rum
4 parts gin

mix together with ice and pour into a cocktail glass

Mai Tai

2 parts dark rum
2 parts white rum
1 part curacao
1 part grenadine
2 parts pineapple juice
dash orgeat syrup
1 part lime juice

Shake all together v. well (except paper umbrella, pineapple spear and ice cubes). Strain into highball glass over ice cubes. Garnish with pineapple spear on rim and paper umbrella

The paper umbrella is the most important part.

Maiden's Blush

2 shots gin
1/2 teaspoon triple sec
1/2 teaspoon grenadine
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Shake together with crushed ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Maiori Magic

2 parts campari
1 part lemon juice
1 part lemon liqueur
tonic water

Pour Campari, limoncella & lemon juice onto ice in a glass. Stir. Top up with tonic. Decorate with a wedge of lime.

Malibu Baybreeze

a shot and a half malibu
quarter glass full cranberry juice
quarter glass full pineapple juice

pour in chilled cranberry juice, pineapple juice,and malibu (coconut liqour) in your favorite glass...put a cube of ice or two stir...and enjoy

Malibu Woo Woo

1 shot malibu
1 shot vodka
cranberry juice

Put the Archers and Malibu in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake vigorously. Pour into a chilled glass and top up with cranberry juice.

Manhattan Dry

dash angostura bitters
1/2 shot red (rosso) vermouth
1 shot whisky
1 green olive

Shake all together with ice except the olive then strain into a short stemmed glass and add a green olive.

Manhattan Sweet

1/2 shot red (rosso) vermouth
2 dashes curacao
1 shot whisky

Shake all together with ice except the cherry then strain into a short stemmed glass and add a cocktail cherry.

Maple Marsala

2 shots marsala
50ml maple syrup
75ml cream

cool all ingredients and whisk

BUFF!!!!

Margarita

4 -6 cubes (cracked) Ice
3 measures white tequila
1 measure triple sec
2 measures lime juice

Rub rim of chilled cocktail glass with lemon wedge and dip in coarse salt to frost. Put cracked ice cubes in shaker with the tequila, triple sec and lime juice. Shake well. Strain into prepared glass and decorate with lime slice.

Variations: Frozen Margarita, Blue Margarita, Margarita Imperiale, Peach Margarita.

Maroon 5

50ml triple sec
50ml peach schnapps (archers)
25ml midori
25ml white rum
top up cranberry juice

shake the alcohol with ice and top up with cranberry juice

it's easy on the mouth ideal for sunday mornings

Martini

4 -6 cubes (cracked) Ice
3 measures gin
1 tsp dry vermouth
1 olive

Put ice cubes into mixing glass. Pour gin and vermouth over ice and stir well to mix. Strain into cocktail glass and decorate with olive.

Variations: Gibson, Vadka Martini, Tequini, Dry Martini, Saketini.

Martini Rosso Rapture

2 parts red (rosso) vermouth
5 parts cranberry juice

Shake together with ice and serve with a slice of orange as a decoration.

Melon Medley

4 -6 cubes (cracked) Ice
60 g (2 oz) diced melon flesh
4 measures orange juice
1/2 measure lemon juice

Put ice into blender and add diced melon. Pour in orange juice and lemon juice. Blend until slushy. Pour into chilled Collins glass.

Variations: River Cruise, Kool Kevin.

Melon Mudslide

one bottle Barcardi Breezer - Watermelon
one bottle Baileys Glide
one bottle Smirnoff Ice (black)

Pour into two pint glasses. Stir and drink before it settles.

Mess e Mezz

2 parts semi sweet vermouth
2 parts grapefruit juice
1 part campari

Shake together with ice and strain into cocktail glass

Midnight Sun

2 parts cranberry juice
1 part black vodka

Pour black vodka over cranberry juice and ice to give layers

Midori Splice

1 shot midori
1 shot vodka
3 shots pineapple juice
1 shot cream

Put midori,vodka and pineapple juice in a tall glass over lots of ice. Carefully tip cream on the top and serve.

Mind Blower

1 Shot creme de bananes
1 Shot vodka
orange juice
cream

Add Creme de Bananes, Vodka and orange Juice to a cocktail glass with ice.Top with Cream

1 teaspoon apple juice
1 teaspoon caster sugar
1 teaspoon grapefruit juice
1 teaspoon grape juice

add some ice to a shaker. then add all of your ingredients imediately. then strain it.(optional) then pour into a martini glass and add a cherry!

best served chilled!

Mint Aero

1/2 shot creme de menthe

Mint Julep

6 -8 cubes crushed Ice
1 tsp sugar syrup
3 measures bourbon whiskey
mint leaves

Put mint leaves and sugar syrup into small chilled glass and mash with a teaspoon. Add crushed ice to fill the tumbler, then add the bourbon. Decorate with mint.

Variations: Frozen Mint Julep, Brandy Julep, Jocose Julep.

Minty Madness

2 shot Baileys Irish Cream
2 shot creme de menthe
3 shot cream
3-4 cubes Ice

blend all ingredients in a blender

it tastes like mint choc chip iced cream............mega!

Mojito

3 shots white rum
2 teaspoons brown sugar
half lime(s)
mint leaves

mash the lime, sugar and mint leaves for aprox 1 minute fill up with crushed ice and add the rum. stir alittle with a teaspoon for the mint leaves to rise. garnish with lime and mint leaves to look well

Molotov Cocktail

One can Gasoline
1, burning Oily Rag

Decant gasoline into a magnum champagne bottle, stuff one end of the rag into the bottle's neck, shake well, light, and serve.

Great when served to hippies, Communists and most armored vehicles.

Momisette

3 shots absinthe
1/2 shot orgeat syrup
chilled still water

Mix grenadine and absinthe together in an old fashioned glass (tumbler), then add ice cubes and top up with chilled water.

Monkey In A Tree

1 shot creme de bananes
1 shot Baileys Irish Cream
1 shot kahlua
fill glass cream

add all ingredients in a cocktail glass over ice. or blend together for a frozen treat.

stay out of trees.

Moon Glow

1 part cranberry juice
1 part black vodka
1 part soda

Pour in layers cranberry juice, soda water and black vodka in equal amounts over ice in a clear colourless glass.

Moon Shot

2 shots gin
3 shots clam juice
dash tabasco sauce

Mix together with ice in a mixing glass and strain into a chilled cocktail glass

Moscow Mule

10 - 12 cubes cracked Ice
2 measures vodka
i measure lime juice
to top up, ginger beer

Put 4-6 ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Pour the vodka and lime juice over the ice and shake well. Half fill chilled highball with remaining ice cubes and strain the cocktail over them. Top up with ginger beer and decorate with slice of lime.

Variations: Delft Donkey, Mississippi Mule, Mule's Hind Leg, Jamaica Mule.

Mr. Kipling's Love Juice

1/2 shot glass amaretto
splash pineapple juice
splash cherry brandy

half fill shot glass with ammereto, add a splash of pineapple juice then a splash of cherry brandy which should sink to the bottom.

just like a cherry bakewell mmmmmmmm.

Mucky Pond Water

3 dashes cola
1 shot Remy Martin (or suitable cognac)
1 shot After Shock (Blue)

Mix the aftershock, cognac and cola in a pint glass then top up with the blue wkd!

Surprisingly tasty!

60ml vodka
60ml kahlua
60ml Baileys Irish Cream

mix with crushed ice in a shaker. strain and serve in a chilled highball glass.

Multiple Orgasm

Baileys Irish Cream
2 shots tia maria
1 shot vodka

whipped cream
1 shot white rum

Put 2/3 cubes of ice in a glass. Add to that 1 shot of vodka and the 1 shot of white rum. Then add the two shots of tia maria. Quickly pour over the baileys and whisk briskly to combine all the spirits together. Finally add some whipped cream on top to finish the cocktail off.

I first tried this cocktail on the greek island of zakynthos. I was a bit embarrased to ask the waiter to give me a multiple orgasm.But once i tried this cocktail i knew it was worth it. Give it a go.
